Township planning (Architecture planning) and Economic Growth

 As we know there are more than 200 nations in present world. Different nations have different civilizations.Temparature and humidity on the earth for various regions were different. Somewhere homo sapience was in their early age while somewhere they were grown up homo sepiance.But demographics of the earth played a vital role in the development of present humane.

When grown up homo sapience started to live in groups and formed families, they need such accommodation where they can live easy life without fear and make their enjoyment. Starting from houses they need them to colonize themselves to share various emotions and make transactions either in barter system or in others. But transaction is only possible when there is a market. Market was a location where people gather with each other.

But our topic is about Architecture and economic development. At later stage homo sapience of different regions developed different civilizations. The world has seen the following main architectures as development:

(1) Roman Architecture

(2) Egyptian Architecture

(3) Indo Architecture.  

Development of different Architectures has come out of different Civilisations.There is a major correlation between economic growth and Architecture. Simply Architecture is to decorate things as you wish either in making homes or making a location or various locations.

Like as an Architect clears each and everything about any home transparently. Obviously, those civilizations which were ahead of the world has great Architecture like Roman as found in present UK,Europe,USA,etc.In present world Russia and USA are superpowers due to having massive reasons.

In India, Chandigarh is a well-planned city or having township planning by British Architecture. At present per capita income, standard of living and purchasing power parity of people of Chandigarh is greater than other cities of India.

In Township planning we plan any location very before with it's capacity. Each and every thing is clearly designed like as width of the road, place for market and garden, place for industries,etc.The land distribution management is used before planning a town. Everything is allocated as per plan and forthcoming challenges.

Easy transportation facility, water resources, easy availability of raw materials,etc.

The most important factor is savings of time due to such township planning.

Time is precious than money. If you earn time then you may make more money if capable according to Society.

Township planning has major impact on psychological conditions, Standard of living and health too.
